Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from eCyclingstore you can return or exchange that item within 30 days from the invoice date. All items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags and labels still intact in new, used condition. All returns or exchanges must have a return authorization number to be accepted. All returns will be credited to the card that was originally used less shipping. eCyclingstore pays for return shipping on mis-ships and defective items. All other returns or exchanges customer pays for return postage.

Backorders
Occasionally some items are unavailable and may be back ordered (requiring a separate shipment). If this should occur, your credit card will be billed to hold the product until time of shipment. If the back order is an additional shipment there will be no additional shipping charges. If a back-order is canceled because it is more than 30 days old and you still want the item, please contact us and let us know.

We Ship Fast! Orders placed before 11am pacific time will ship the same day. Orders after 11am will ship the next business day. We ship via US Mail and UPS. Priority Mail shipping method transit time is normally 2-3 days after shipment. UPS 2 Day Shipping is in business days. UPS 2 Day Orders shipped Thursday will arrive Monday and 2 Day Orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Tuesday. Free shipping method is shipped by either UPS Ground, US First class mail, or Priority mail upon our discretion. Free shipping can take anywhere between 3-5 business days. If a back-order occurs you will be contacted by the next business day. All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number.
