- If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from eCyclingstore you can return or exchange that item within 30 days from the invoice date. All items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags and labels still intact in new, used condition. All returns or exchanges must have a return authorization number to be accepted. All returns will be credited to the card that was originally used less shipping. eCyclingstore pays for return shipping on mis-ships and defective items. All other returns or exchanges customer pays for return postage.
- Backorders
- Occasionally some items are unavailable and may be backordered (requiring a separate shipment). If this should occur, your credit card will be billed to hold the product until time of shipment. If the backorder is an addtional shipment there will be no additional shipping charges. We will hold open back orders for a maximum of 30 days. If we are unable to fill the order within 30 days we will cancel the order and you will incur no charges. If a back-order is canceled because it is more than 30 days old and you still want the item, please contact us and let us know.
- Online Payment Methods
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
- Shipping
- We ship via UPS. Services available: Next Day, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Air and Ground. All online orders must be received by 3:00pm Pacific time to be shipped the same day. Shipping time is in business days. All overnight orders placed on Fridays will arrive on Monday. All 2nd Day orders placed on Thursdays will arrive on Monday, and all 2nd Day orders placed on Friday will arrive the following Tuesday.
